We will custom design you a personal training program for your goals and limitations with one of our highly experienced, and nationally certified trainers or Exercise Physiologists depending on your condition(s) and limitations. Your training will be a private session consisting of endurance training for cardio, resistance training to get you toned and fit, stretching for improved flexibility, Corrective exercise to address any muscle imbalance or conditions you may have, as well as nutrition tips to keep you on track with your eating habits. We will monitor your progress every 6 -weeks to make sure you are on track to achieving your goals. We offer virtual Nutrition counseling and health coaching too!
A lot of Virtual Training solutions offer very low cost pre-recorded video subscriptions that you pay monthly and you follow along with little or no interaction or guidance from the trainer. All of our sessions are LIVE. You will interact in real-time, with a live trainer in our studio throughout the entire session! Our trainers will correct your form, motivate you, and give you a safe and effective workout everytime! They will provide exercise tips, nutritional tips, and you can ask questions at the end of your session. A very interactive experience.
