Medical Fitness and Wellness Group Johns Creek are proud to offer our Osteoporosis Prevention Program. Through the use of weight-bearing activities and weight training, we provide a well-balanced blend of bone-strengthening resistance exercises, cardiovascular, as well as fall prevention exercises to decrease risks of falls that result in fractures. We will work with your doctor to monitor your progress through bone density test check-ups. We will also custom design a workout that you can take home and apply immediately to your workout routine.
