Yes. We have taken them in the past, and do currently do.
Does being pain-free through-out your week interest you? Corrective Exercise is a form of exercise designed to help bring the body back into good postural position. It begins with static and movement assessments to determine which area(s) are out of balance and then recommending simple exercises including massage, stretching, and strengthening to undo the old habits and create new healthier movement patterns to help eliminate pain for good. Through Corrective Exercises we reintroduce proper function to your body, which in turn restores correct structure. When your body stops compensating for imbalances you are able to move freely and your pain disappears. We focus on the underlying cause of your pain, not just a temporary solution to reduce your pain. We follow a 5-step process to correct your muscle imbalances. Corrective Exercise focuses on optimum posture, quality movement, and core function. By reintroducing proper structure in the body, structure can improve and you can move freely and with less pain.
When most people seek out treatment for chronic pain, they often get treatment for the immediate symptom(s); the knee, the back, the shoulder, the neck, or whatever is causing them pain and discomfort. In many cases however, the pain you’re experiencing now is often the result of a series of small events that, when looked at as a whole, leads to the real reason you’re experiencing pain and may not be coming directly from the source. Muscle imbalance, poor flexibility and movement issues are often the root cause of pain AND the reason you have chronic pain.
We will do a full kinetic chain movement assessment, range of motion analysis, and muscle testing to find the ROOT cause of your pain, and then design a corrective and preventative program to eliminate the pain for good, and get you moving properly again. When only the symptom is treated, the chances of the pain coming back are very good. If the body is not working in unison, and muscles are being compromised, the pain WILL return. We will make sure you are 100% recovered, not 60 or 80 percent which is what most insurance protocols provide. Don’t let insurance designate your health decisions. you are worth 100% recovery to live the life you want, and do it without re-occurring injury. We will work with you long after your insurance runs out by offering you a competitive rate and send you on your journey to total wellness to live the life you deserve.

In my approach to holistic health, I blend Western and Eastern massage influences with Wellness consulting. I’m inspired by creating a calm and safe space for those with the goal of pain reduction, stress management, or increasing mobility and quality of life.
I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai massage therapy, Yoga, and Wellness Consulting. I have worked with a wide variety of Health and Wellness professionals including chiropractors, physical therapists, naturopaths, and movement therapists. I have distilled my life’s experiences into one main idea~ that when given the proper environment to thrive, the body has an amazing ability to heal and activate its own immune system. I have been shown this consistently. Maintaining and improving mobility remains one of my greatest passions.
I consider myself lucky to have experienced a few years of living in Japan, where I was profoundly inspired by the healing and martial arts, the sense of calmness and beauty of the culture. I often draw upon these memories in creating a peaceful space.
I feel it is a team collaboration to create a healing space. When I work with a client, I feel I learn and receive just as much from them as they do from me. I believe we already have everything inside of us needed to move forward into our BEST selves.
How can I best be of service to remind you of this ?
