Through the use of weight-bearing activities and weight training, as well as vibration plate Therapy, and devices such as our Redcord System to build core strength for stability, and GYROTONIC to improve balance, spatial awareness, and increase joint range of motion through resisted movement. We provide a well-balanced blend of bone-strengthening resistance exercises, cardiovascular, and fall prevention exercises to decrease the risks of falls that result in fractures. We will also analyze your current diet and x-rays. bone density reports and current supplements to make improvements that protect current bone and help build new bone through our Functional Nutrition Program. We will work with your doctor to monitor your progress through 6-month or yearly bone density test check-ups. We will also custom-design a workout that you can take home and apply immediately to your workout routine. Rebuilding bone density is a slow process. You will need to commit to a routine for a minimum of 6 months to a year to see any significant bone density change.
