A GOOGLE REVIEW FOR Medical Fitness and Wellness Group TM I am a 75 year old female who loves to dance, attend fitness / line dance classes, plus do Zumba each week. At my daughter’s 50th birthday party in 2023, I danced the night away. A few times I’d ‘drop it like it’s hot,’ (as the saying goes) into a deep squat to to the rhythm of the music. One of the times when I dropped down, I felt something in my left knee. It wasn’t pain, but a restriction in the movement, so I continued to dance. As the evening wore on, I stayed on the floor moving to the music, but I noticed that my left knee was becoming slightly painful. By the next morning my knee and calf were very painful. There was swelling and I limped as I walked around. My treatment consisted of the application of cold compresses; taking white willow bark for pain (sometimes something stronger); increased water consumption to 80+ ounces per day; more protein / vegetables in my diet. Then I began wrapping my knee and progressed to wearing a knee brace. Meanwhile I continued to attend the fitness / line dance / Zumba classes. Although I was getting better, my left knee was still hurting and limiting my movements. I decided that I needed the help of a chiropractor. It’s funny, how as the saying goes, ‘the teacher will appear when the student is ready,’ that is when Dr Dan Lambert, Chiropractor, at INSIDE OUT CHIROPRACTIC, informed me of his new location. So, I began seeing him on a weekly basis. It was Dr Lambert who recommended that I talk to MIKE HARDY, Founder of MEDICAL FITNESS and WELLNESS GROUP. My knee had become somewhat less painful / restrictive at this point, but it was still limiting my squats (what a downer, right). I began using Mike’s services. He applied the use of the Red Cord while having me do several exercises. He showed me how to use the gym equipment that applied to my condition. Mike showed me how I could use items that I may have in my home to do the same applications. He also showed me how to do corrective stretches to strengthen my joints / increase my range of motion. In eight (8) sessions, I am back to doing full squats without any pain or restriction. So now I can ‘drop it like it’s hot’ very easily. Thank you Mike Ms Lou

I come for massages with Michelle for tight back and hamstrings. Michelle is very knowledgeable and does a thorough job loosening up my muscles where I feel relief within the next day or two. While she focuses on your problem areas, she also works on the other areas that may be causing the pain which allows for more long lasting relief

I have struggled with neck/back pain and poor posture most of my life and have seen many physical therapist, but I’ve never had such good and consistent results as I have redcord therapy. I’ve worked Mike, Jesse and Dr. Kelly and they’ve all been wonderful. I really appreciate that they take a holistic approach and have mixed in a number of different things like cupping, dry needing and physical therapy to help me. They have really customized a plan to help me and I appreciate all their guidance and support as well try new things to ensure I’m seeing results. I highly recommend Redcord therapy if you’re looking to improve your overall health & wellbeing.

Medical Fitness and Wellness Group helps me so much with my chronic neck pain. Their team of massage therapists, rehab and physical therapists are all fantastic. Michelle McKenzie, my massage therapist is amazing. She always knows exactly how to ease my aches, pains, and stiffness to put me back together. After every session, I feel like a whole new person! I've been going to Mike for over a year. At first we started with Red Cord therapy and when I was stronger in my lower back I graduated to training. I've had back issues my whole life and can't rely on a regular gym trainer. Mike has helped to bring me back to my strength and flexibility without compromising my back situation.

Mike and team worked within our limits with patience and care. 6 months later, we are still losing weight and feeling great using what we learned in our nutrition counseling. I've gone from a 12 to a 6, painlessly.

I was recently diagnosed with severe Osteoporosis and wanted to find a progran for medical exercise to help slow my bone loss and hopefully increase my bone density as well as, build muscle mass, balance and increase flexibility. I did a lot of investigating and research and found Medical Fitness and Wellness Group offered such a comprehensive Osteoporisis protocol approach to include not only a great varied exercise program approach, plus good sound nutition advice Mike has custom tailored a exercise targeted program to help control and improve my Osteoporosis through exercise snd nutrition combined. My program is quite targeted and varied. I have seen great improvement in my daily pain level and flexibility in my lower spine area. plus greater flexibility in my hips. I can even now lean over and tie my shoes in the morning and I have only been going for two weeks. Looking forward to even mire success! Mike also showed me exercises and stretching methods to do at home on the says I am not going to workout with him. Mike's dedication to his clients success is refreshing.
